Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, in their original packaging with tags attached.
To start a return, email info@vilzstudios.com with your order number and the reason. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Received a damaged, wrong or faulty item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Sale items, gift cards, personal care items and custom products can't be returned.
